This is one of only two places in the world where you can savour dishes once served only to Khmer kings and queens, the other being our sister hotel in Phnom Penh, Raffles Hotel Le Royal. Alongside exclusive recipes, handed down by generations of royal chefs then gifted to the hotel by royal decree, dine on dishes the Khmer people served in their homes, revisited with modern flair.
Savour fine ingredients, sourced locally in the Mekong and Tonlé Sap River region. The fragrant herbs and spices are gathered daily in the hotel gardens, guaranteeing fresh, sustainable cuisine. The wine cellar, a recent addition to the restaurant, has perhaps the finest selection of wines in Asia, with a choice of over 400 vintages from around the world.
Chandeliers, ceiling fans and candelabras create an ageless ambiance that remains truly in tune with its times and destination. The only place to develop a taste for the distinct flavours of Khmer cuisine in Siem Reap.
