Embark on a journey through the many eras of Cambodia’s rich history with four sensitively curated tasting menus, all of them conceived by Siem Reap native Executive Sous Chef Dorn Doeurt. A Cambodian fine dining experience filled with local seasonal produce that is enhanced by the wine selections of our resident sommelier.
